At Rambling River Guns, we take pride in providing high-quality firearms, gunsmithing services, firearm training, Minnesota Permit to Carry classes, FFL transfers, and custom firearm builds to our customers. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and the services we provide. By using our licensed sales, website and services, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include the following:

 

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase firearms from our store and/or website.

 

2. All firearms purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws. It is your  responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given unless there is a written agreement signed between both parties.

4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

 

6. It is to be understood that all live-fire training involves certain risks and the client agrees to assume all liability when taking part in such an activity.

7. All who seek out our gunsmithing services acknowledges that they assume all risk and liability when using non-stock parts or mods to factory design.

8. Transfers left for over 30 days with no communication from the buyer will become property of Rambling River Guns OR will be returned if possible. You can make arrangements for us to hold the item for longer for a weekly fee.
