Rambling River Guns Co. was founded by in 2022 as a home-based FFL known as BP Custom Firearms providing dealer-to-dealer transfers as well as online sales of firearms and sporting good accessories. 

In early 2023, after many clients shared their excitement in having a local FFL in Farmington, we decided to see about teaming up with a local firearms instructor and gunsmith to provide Farmington and surrounding communities with more convenient access to firearms, firearms training and basic gunsmithing services. Since then, it has moved forward very well. In July 2023, the acquisition of a brick & mortar storefront in downtown Farmington created Rambling River Guns Co.

In of June 2023, Rambling River Guns partnered with Tony Ersfeld, owner of Sure Shot Training. He provides our in-house Permit to Carry classes and many other various training courses for beginners to advanced firearm enthusiasts.
